Aesthetic Art By Izzy (She/Her)

E34

Izabell Saldaña (also known as Izzy) is a first generation Assyrian-Mexican American emerging artist with roots in the Central Valley of California. She is working toward her Fine Art BA and currently teaches young minds in an art studio. She works in most traditional mediums including watercolor, acrylic, oil and gouache paint. The style of her original work captures the essence of aesthetically pleasing views. She incorporates that style into her fan art of beloved characters such as Pikachu and Totoro, as well as many other anime characters. She is featuring her series of Poke Polaroids, where she hand draws each Pokémon posing in its habitat giving a Polaroid-esque image. She hopes to open her own art studio one day and continue to share her creative ideas within her community.
