Chuck Whelon – Planet Urf Entertainment (He/Him)

Chuck Whelon is a San Francisco–based cartoonist, illustrator, and author best known for the long-running humorous fantasy webcomic Pewfell and the sci-fi series Urfspace. Under his Planet Urf Entertainment® imprint, Chuck creates books, games, and art celebrating humor, imagination, and the strange future world of Urfspace. His published works include Where’s Itsy Bitsy Spider?, Wizard Pickles, Trolling the Dice, and Urfspace: Cartoons of the Future, along with the art and music brand Astrokitty. He has illustrated numerous children’s puzzle and search books for major publishers including Penguin Random House, Dover, and Simon & Schuster, and designed the fantasy board game Legitimacy. A member of the National Cartoonists Society, Chuck’s work has been exhibited in San Francisco galleries and featured at conventions across the country. When he’s not drawing or writing, he hosts a weekly live art stream from his Urfcave studio.
