Dev Madan (He/Him)
Dev Madan is an illustrator from the Pacific Northwest who grew up in the ’80s on a steady mix of Saturday morning cartoons, sugary cereal, and heavy metal records. With over 35 years in comics and video games, he’s best known as the Art Director and Character Designer for the AIAS Award-winning Sly Cooper trilogy for Sony, and as a DC Comics artist on Batman Adventures, Plastic Man, and co-creator of the cult favorite Young Heroes in Love.
Dev’s game credits include Director of Art at Toys for Bob on Crash Team Rumble, Artist on Return to Monkey Island, and Creative Director for the Plants vs. Zombies franchise, helping launch Garden Warfare. As Studio Art Director at PopCap/EA, he contributed to PvZ 2, Bejeweled Blitz, and Solitaire Blitz.
His illustration work spans the iconic Breath of Fire and Final Fantasy III SNES box cover art for Squaresoft, in addition to clients like Disney, Funko, Sony, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros., and Wizards of the Coast.
Recent projects include Lorcana trading cards, the graphic novel Frank N. Stein: Private Eye, the all-ages series Zombie Camp and is currently working on its long awaited sequel.
