Originally from New York, Jorge Medina (the uncle) has written and created titles like Russ5377, The Adventures of Wonder Duck and most recently, The Shameless Plug. Andrew Vasquez, AKA LottoC, is an art student at Sacramento State and is bringing his distinct art style for the first time as an exhibitor at a convention!
