La Luna Lopez: Pachucas, Demons, and Mexploitation Mayhem!

Room B | Joel Gomez | Jorge Gutierrez | not that one

Join comic outlaw Joel Gomez (Artist of La Muerta & Illustrator of the graphic novel series Lady Gunfighter) and animation troublemaker Jorge R. Gutierrez (El Tigre, The Book of Life, Maya and the Three) for a wild, no-rules panel as they unleash their brand-new indie horror comic, LA LUNA LOPEZ! Set in a gritty, magic-realist 1940s Los Angeles, the story follows a badass Pachuca private eye with a cursed eye that lets her see demons. She throws down with demon cops, justice-hungry brujas, savage nahuales, and yes… La Llorona herself. Expect blood, laughs, sexy monsters, and zero apologies.
