Saturday, May 9th: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday, May 10th: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Exhibitor Badges can be picked up at REGISTRATION near the loading dock just inside of the hall or in the lobby in front of hall for hand carried items.

Move-in Hours:
Friday (5/8) 12:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday (5/9): 8:00am – 9:45am

You may arrive at 9:00am (one hour before doors open to the public) for restocking on Sunday.

You must be set up and ready to go by Saturday, 5/8 at 10:00am when the doors open to the public. On Saturday, you can stay up to 30 minutes after doors close for any post-show organizing.

Move-out Hours:
Sunday, 5/10: 5:00pm-11:30pm

You must be broken down and completely moved out by this time.

Access the Loading Docks – Please bring your own cart or dolly; there will be no forklifts or pallet jacks available. The loading docks are very small, please have patience.

1. On Clay between 10th & 11th Street, next to the entrance ramp for the Parking Garage.


2. On 11th Street between Clay and Broadway.

Options for Hand-Carried Freight – Please bring your own cart or dolly.

1. Park on 10th and Washington and enter through the Oakland Convention Center entrance doors. Check in with Comic Con Staff and then, unload your car onto your cart or dolly to load in. Down the ramp and into the convention center.


2. Pay to park in the Convention Center Parking Garage (height 6" 8" limit) and take the elevator to the first floor. Parking Garage entrance ramp on Clay between 10th & 11th Street (paid parking). Take the elevator to the first floor and Check in with Comic Con Staff.

One skirted table that measures 6 feet wide x 2 feet deep x 30 inches tall, plus two chairs.


INLINE EXHIBITOR BOOTH
A 10 foot x 10 foot space.
One skirted table that measures 8 feet wide x 2 feet deep x 30 inches tall, plus two chairs.
A pipe & drape curtain backdrop that measures 8 feet tall x 10 feet wide, and two side pipe & drape curtains that measure 3 feet tall and 10 feet long.


CORNER EXHIBITOR BOOTH
A 10 foot x 10 foot space.
Two skirted tables that measure 8 feet wide x 2 feet deep x 30 inches tall, plus two chairs.
A pipe & drape curtain backdrop that measures 8 feet tall x 10 feet wide and one side pipe & drape curtain that measure 3 feet tall and 10 feet long.


END CAP BOOTH
A 10 foot x 20 foot space.
Four skirted tables that measures 8 feet wide x 2 feet deep x 30 inches tall, plus four chairs.
A pipe & drape curtain backdrop that measures 8 feet tall x 10 feet wide and one side pipe & drape curtain that measure 3 feet tall and 10 feet long.


Note: You can hang banners or signage from the pipes but not from the curtains!

Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of California State Retail Sales Tax. You must provide a UBI Number or Temporary Tax Registration number upon request for any tax authority.


If you set up at CCO without a valid number, any fines incurred will be passed on to you, the Exhibitor. To obtain a free temporary seller's permit, visit this page for more information and then you can register here.

If you need a hotel for the show, we've negotiated special rates at the Marriott through our travel partner GTA Meetings.

Please remember that you agreed to the Comic Con Oakland Terms & Conditions for exhibiting when you signed up, but please specifically acknowledge:


1 – We do not allow AI-generated artwork to be displayed or sold. If any form of Al generated work being sold is determined to be as-such by our staff, it will be considered a form of counterfeit/bootleg merchandise and will be required to be removed.


2 – You cannot tear down early on Sunday; you must stay set up until the show closes at 5:00pm.
